My Medicare
What is MyMedicare?

My Medicare is a new voluntary patient registration model. It aims to strengthen the relationship between patients, their general practice, general practitioner and primary care teams. You can formally register with us as your usual general practice or register with your preferred doctor.
What is the goal?

The goal of MyMedicare is to strengthen the relationship you have with your preferred medical centre or preferred GP. By attending the same clinic and visiting the same GP consistently for your appointments, our team and your doctor can provide you with better ongoing care.
Patient Benefits:
-
Greater continuity of care with your registered practice, improving health outcomes
-
Availability of longer Telehealth (phone) appointments
-
Extra Medicare benefits and bulk billing for eligible patients
-
Confidence that Cheltenham Medical Centre is your trusted medical centre for
-
ongoing care
